Music Lessons
Adaptive Music Lessons
Has your child demonstrated a musical instinct or interest that you’d like to explore? Adaptive music lessons differ from music therapy, as the goal is music-based, rather than non-musical goals of music therapy. These music lessons are at the client’s pace and are suited to their unique needs. They include exploratory play, modeling, and lots of repetition on the instrument of their choice. Through exploration in conjunction with instruction, students will gradually gain an understanding of both general music and the instrument itself. I am currently offering voice, guitar, piano, and ukulele.
Music Lessons
I offer music lessons for people of all ages in voice, piano, guitar, ukulele, and general music/music theory. I teach at the student’s pace and personalize the learning experience based on what they want to learn, not just what is traditionally taught. I am experienced in preparing vocal students for college auditions, show auditions, etc. Whether you are just starting, want to learn a new skill, or are an experienced student musician, I will provide lessons suited to your needs and goals.
